We can ship almost anything — but not everything. Please inquire in advance about restricted items.

Personal Shopping Service — Vietnam

We purchase items on your behalf from Vietnamese online marketplaces such as Lazada, Tiki, and Shopee.

Method 1 — BUY2VIET Purchases on Your Behalf

1. Find the item you want on a Vietnamese marketplace (Lazada, Tiki, Shopee, etc.)
2. Once decided, contact your BUY2VIET representative
3. BUY2VIET purchases the item and ships it to Korea via CJ Logistics
4. Upon arrival in Korea, CJ Logistics delivers it to the final destination

Method 2 — You Purchase, We Forward

1. Purchase and pay for the item yourself on a Vietnamese marketplace (Lazada, Tiki, Shopee, etc.)
2. Set the shipping address to BUY2VIET’s address
3. BUY2VIET receives the item and ships it to Korea via CJ Logistics
4. Upon arrival in Korea, CJ Logistics delivers it to the final destination

Personal Shopping Service — China

Personal shopping service for Chinese online marketplaces such as Taobao.

1. Find the item and decide to purchase on a Chinese marketplace (Taobao, etc.)
2. Contact your BUY2VIET representative
3. BUY2VIET purchases the item and ships it to Vietnam
4. Upon arrival in Vietnam, it is delivered to its destination

How to Obtain a Korea Personal Customs Clearance Code

A Personal Customs Clearance Code is required to use overseas personal shopping / direct import services. It can be issued through Korea Customs’ UNI-PASS system.

1. Go to UNI-PASS (unipass.customs.go.kr) and search for “Personal Customs Clearance Code”
2. Choose to verify your identity via mobile phone number or a certified digital certificate
3. Select new issuance or reissuance
4. Complete identity verification
5. Enter your name and address to receive your code automatically (format: P + 12 digits)
